President of NOC Honourable Jeevan Ram Shrestha along with Vice Presidents Mr.Chaturananda Rajvaidya , Mr.Sunil Shrestha & Mr.Ashok Bajracharya and Secretary General Mr.Nilendra Raj Shrestha visited the Youth and Sports Ministry to congratulate the newly appointed Minister of Honourable Athak Maheshwor Gahatraj.
